In today’s episode, I’m talking with Tracey Jacobson about thriving in a male dominated industry as well as her take on the evolution of women in leadership across her  thirty year career as a US Foreign Service Ambassador.

Tracey is a three-time U.S. Ambassador skilled in developing and leading diverse teams to achieve success. She has served in the Balkans, Central Asia and the Baltics, and has experience promoting U.S. interests in security cooperation, commercial advocacy, sustainable development, good governance, human rights, and rule of law.

She is an expert in bilateral and multilateral diplomatic engagement, organizational leadership, professional development and public speaking.

Tracey embodies wisdom and grit, brings humor to her journey, and reminds us that saying YES to the right opportunities, even when we’re uncertain, is a gateway to our success.

“You have to figure out a way to achieve your goals and advance your agenda while simultaneously maintaining relationships with people.”  – Tracey Jacobson

This is the second interview celebrating Women’s History Month (March) in which we’re featuring women who are committed to elevating women in their sphere of influence.
