This 22 day challenge is designed to give you a pause in your life to cultivate more peace, grounding, and joy while building the meditation habit in a fun, interactive, and supported way. You’ll receive a guided meditation to your inbox every day, and once you receive it, it is yours forever.

There’s More! You’ll also receive 3 yoga practices you can do at home or when traveling; a sunrise practice, a power class, and a sunset practice, all ranging from 15 – 30 minutes. Because the practices are all available to you from the beginning, you can create the rituals and habits that serve your goals on your terms and timing.
If you allow yoga and meditation to do its magic, they can open the door to transformation in your life; physically, mentally, and emotionally. Authentic change begins from within, and these practices are designed to support you on that path.
What is required of you? Just show up consistently with an open heart and willing mind. And when your mind isn’t willing (because you are human, after all), show up and stay anyways. This is how we stop reacting to our life and begin creating. We begin January 1, 2020.
