As a teacher and studio owner as well as busy professional, mom, and life-liver, I know how hard it can be to get to a class. I also know that sometimes we need a way to bring these practices into our life on our time and on demand.
This course is designed to give you a pause in your life to cultivate more peace, grounding, and wellness through yoga and meditation. I provide you with the tools to learn and build yoga and meditation habits in your life, and access calm on your terms and timing. Because the practices are all available to you from the beginning, you can create the rituals and habits that serve your goals; accessing calm on your terms and timing.
